With a distinguished career that began in 1983, I have dedicated myself to mastering the art of real estate and auctioneering. My journey started at the Reppert School of Auctioneering, leading me to become a Licensed Auctioneer and subsequently acquiring prestigious designations such as ALC, CAI, ATS, AARE, BAS, CES, and MPPA. My expertise expanded further as I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1985 and a Licensed Indiana Real Estate Appraiser in 1996.

As the Owner and CEO of United Country Coffey Realty & Auction, I am proud to lead a team that has propelled our offices as leaders in our regional markets, establishing ourselves as leaders in real estate and asset marketing, management and sales. United Country stands as the largest integrated Real Estate & Auction Company, a testament to our innovative approaches and dedication to excellence.

My specialties lie in Real Estate Marketing, Estate & Down Sizing, Business Liquidations, and High-End Fundraisers, areas where I have consistently delivered exceptional results. Over the years, I have conducted thousands of successful auctions and real estate transactions across the country, affirming my reputation as a trusted name in the industry.

Beyond professional accolades, my life is deeply rooted in family and faith. Married to my wife Phyllis since 1984, we have two children and are active members of our church community. My commitment to service extends beyond business, as demonstrated through my leadership roles within the NAA, IAA, and local real estate boards, and my contributions to education as an instructor at reputable auctioneering schools.

In my current role as Vice President for United Country Real Estate | Auction Services, I continue to innovate and lead with integrity. Alongside my family, we own and operate multiple United Country Real Estate franchises in Indiana and Oklahoma, a journey that has been both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.

I am honored to be in the Indiana Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame and to have been named the 2018 Indiana Champion Auctioneer. These recognitions reflect not only my commitment to my profession but also to the communities and clients I serve.
