Shannon Kruse is one of the foremost attorneys on auction law in the United States. She is a graduate of the McKinney School of Law at Indiana University. Shannon has been a corporate attorney for two high profile auction companies, where she drafted and reviewed contracts, handled auction disputes, and dealt with all other legal aspects of an auction company. She currently works as a contract attorney for a nationwide commercial construction company where she reviews contracts on a daily basis. She has taught with Reppert for over 25 years, instructing on Contracts, Bankruptcy, and Secured Transactions and Bulk Sales.
